You accept full responsibility and risk for all such interactions and agree to settle any disputes directly with the other party. By agreeing to these terms, you release Wurzia and its related entities from any claims or liability related to user interactions to the maximum extent allowed by law.
Authorized Disclosures of User Information
Wurzia may disclose User Content and details about the submitting User when required to operate the platform, uphold this Agreement, follow legal processes, or address official inquiries from law enforcement or courts. We may also share such information to protect our legal rights. You agree that if someone claims your content is illegal, infringing, or privacy-violating, Wurzia may reveal your identity in response to those claims.
No Responsibility for Indirect Losses or Linked Sites

This applies even when we’ve been informed such damages could occur.
